Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dispatcher Description: The Office Manager will be responsible for employee files, staffing, A/R, A/P, payroll, compliance, and the financial needs of the company while ensuring that the company is on track to meet its financial goals. Responsibilities: Receive and manage incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests Schedule and dispatch plumbers to service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability Prioritize emergency calls (leaks, burst pipes, no water, etc.) Coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time Communicate job details clearly to technicians (customer info, issue description, parts needed) Track technician locations, job status, and completion times Update customers with appointment times, delays, or schedule changes Enter and maintain accurate service records in dispatching or CRM software Assist with invoicing, work orders, and job documentation as needed Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Work closely with technicians, management, and office staff to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Support after-hours or on-call scheduling when required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills. Team player, energetic, positive attitude. Good time management skills. Problem solving skills, attention to detail. Previous administrative office experience. Excellent verbal and written communication. Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
