VeloSource has an Urgent Care/Walk-in Physician Opportunity - Quincy, IL Walk-in Clinic APP/Mid-level Coverage Available Support staff: experienced NP's, RN's, LPN's, MA's Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible DEA Required IL State License Required; YES Min # Years Experience: 1 Certifications Required: ATLS, PALS CSR License Required Coverage Need: 12 Shifts/Month Schedule: Mix of 10a-10p or 6a-6p; typically 4 in a row. MD/DO may be alone from 6a-9a / NP may be alone from 9p-10p No call Typical Day: Walk-In Clinic averages 60-70 patients per day split between 3 providers Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation Case Mix: 60% Adult / 40% Peds Typical Cases Seen: Some Ortho, xrays, splinting, suturing, foreign body eye removal, cough sore throat, UTI, STD testing/pelvic exam, flu, rashes, ect.
