Empties all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed. Disposes of grease and cooking oil in proper containers. Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway. Sweeps curbs and sidewalks. Cleans grounds and removes litter. Empty trash cans in the public area buildings. Empty dumpsters. Operates trash compactor. Empties recycle bins. Breaks down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers. Leaves work area in a clean, neat and safe condition. Other duties may be assigned. QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 35 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, for up to eight (8) hour.
