This role will serve as the primary internal coordinator for payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee administration, and HR processes, working closely with firm leadership and the firm’s PEO.The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and support a consistent, professional employee experience within a fast-paced and evolving organization. Professional services experience preferred.This position is based in Bellevue, Washington. We anticipate a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1-2 days per week. Remote work flexibility is supported, with occasional travel for team meetings and visits to other firm locations across the West Coast. This position is classified as exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.Core ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee SupportServe as the internal liaison with the firm’s PEO partnerSupport payroll, benefits administration, leave coordination, and employee HR processesMaintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems administrationRespond to routine employee and manager HR-related questionsExercise sound judgment in supporting employee administration, HR processes, and operational mattersEmployee Lifecycle ManagementCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, workflows, documentation, and employee communicationsSupport employee relations matters and help maintain a professional employee experienceAssist with HR policies, procedures, and process administrationRecruiting & Talent CoordinationCoordinate job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and offer processesPartner with hiring managers to coordinate and help drive the recruiting and hiring process from posting through onboardingSupport training, performance management, and employee development initiatives over timeCompliance & ReportingSupport HR policies, procedures, compliance processes, and documentation requirements in partnership with the PEOCoordinate HR reporting, tracking, and administrative requirementsAssist with audits, process improvements, and development of scalable HR operationsQualifications3–7+ years of HR generalist, HR operations, or HR administration experienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience supporting payroll, onboarding, recruiting, employee administration, and HR processesExperience working within or alongside a PEO-supported environment preferredProfessional judgment and ability to handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teamsProfessional services experience (RIA, accounting, consulting, legal, or similar) preferredExperience supporting a growing organization preferredSHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus but not required.Key Skills & AttributesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSound judgment, professionalism, and a high level of discretion and confidentialitySolutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of HR processes and general employment practicesComfortable navigating ambiguity and helping build structure and scalable processesCollaborative, responsive, and willing to support the business where neededCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience.
