A company is looking for a Consumer Success Representative to assist clients in the home buying or selling process. Key Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text to identify their real estate needs Make over 300 outbound and inbound calls daily to provide superior service and solutions Collaborate with team members and independently make connections between consumers and real estate professionals Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent Some sales experience or equivalent preferred Ability to overcome objections and provide exceptional customer service Tech-savvy with experience using various communication tools and software Interest in real estate and real estate lead generation
