HHA/CNA-Private Duty Home Care

CarePlus TLC is seeking, energic, detail-oriented HHA/CNAs who are committed to creating a positive experience in our patient's lives. You will assist the Physician in providing care to patients by creating a friendly, caring environment. The successful candidate is self-motivated, compassionate and able to communicate effectively with patients and their families. Client is located in Kentwood. hours are from 5:30pm-8:30pm 7 days a week. looking for 2 caregivers to alternate days and weekends.Responsibilities:Take and record Vital signsMonitor patient's condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family membersProvide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.Transfers patient with equipment using appropriate safety measures-ceiling lift use requiredAbility to turn and reposition patientsUnderstands First Aid and Emergency Care protocolsComplete electronic documentation while on shiftMedication remindersapply lymphedema pumpTo apply please call #616-884-5401info@careplustlc.comBenefitsWEEKLY PAY!!Paid trainingNo Mandating!!Employee stock ownership.
