Warehouse and Inventory Specialist

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, issuing material, ensuring accurate stock counts and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment within Green Ridge Solar’s main warehouse. Requirements: Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming stock and materials Pick and fill orders from stock Process all RMA’s and all Returned inventory Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts Manage inventory organization and labeling Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification required Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Work Hours & Benefits As Warehouse/Material Handler you will be a non-exempt employee eligible to earn an hourly wage. According to the 2016 updated regulations of the Fair Labor Standard Act or “FLSA”, this full-time hourly position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 hours, in a 7-day work week. All wages will be paid at regular intervals in accordance with our payroll policies.
