The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth market and financial analysis to support the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing detailed financial models, assisting with loan packaging and underwriting, creating investment presentations, and conducting due diligence related to prospective capital solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will also be an integral part of this role.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Understanding of Real Estate Finance.Willingness to become proficient with Data Analysis, Research, and Market Evaluation relevant to real estate investment.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with loan processing or underwriting tools.Effective Communication, Relationship Management, and Team Collaboration abilities.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required; a master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.Experience in the real estate, finance, or capital markets sectors is highly desirable.
