A company is looking for a Sr Director Algorithm Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of advanced algorithms for product innovation
Oversee a team of engineers and researchers to drive algorithm design and validation
Collaborate cross-functionally to align algorithm strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Extensive experience in algorithm development and engineering leadership
Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams
Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
