Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Care Little Rock, Arkansas Full-Time | Night Shift | 7on/7off Schedule Base Pay Range: $51.90 – $74.50/hr + Full Time BenefitsWe are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support acute care pharmacy operations in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based medication management while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.Schedule: 7on/7off Night ShiftResponsibilities: Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Monitor for drug interactions, allergies, adverse reactions, and therapeutic duplications Recommend cost-effective and evidence-based therapies Ensure safe medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing Participate in patient monitoring and interdisciplinary care planning Provide drug information and therapeutic recommendations to healthcare providers Support medication education for patients, staff, pharmacists, and students Assist with inventory coordination, recalls, and medication procurement Participate in drug utilization review and quality initiativesQualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy obtained prior to 2000 Active Pharmacist license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills BCPS certification preferredAdditional Information: Open to out-of-state candidates Relocation support available Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package PTO structure includes front-loaded time off and wellness benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected pediatric healthcare environment focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative care.
