Job Description: As a line cook you will specialize in creating delicious and visually stunning poke bowls. You will have the opportunity to craft unique and exciting poke creations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities: Prepare poke bowls and sushi-grade fish dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Handle and prepare seafood, ensuring the utmost freshness and quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and supplies. Create visually appealing poke bowls for our guests. Consistently follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Poke Chef is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right person. Strong knowledge of seafood handling, preparation, and safety. Creativity to create visually appealing dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
