This role leads cross-functional teams to deploy, localize, and sustain a standardized global MES platform while ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards.The Program Manager is accountable for integrated program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, quality, and compliance. Also including site readiness, training, change management, go-live, and hypercare.The role ensures minimal disruption to ongoing production and enables a controlled transition from implementation to steady-state operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall program leadership and governance for MES initiatives, including defining objectives, success metrics, operating cadence, and escalation paths. Plan, execute, and monitor MES programs from initiation through delivery, owning integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across cross-functional and departmental teams. Lead deployment and sustainment of a standardized MES solution, including required site-specific localizations, while maintaining alignment with global templates and enterprise architecture. Serve as the primary liaison between site leadership, functional partners, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making. Manage financial and resource aspects of the program, including budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, statement of work execution, and effective allocation of internal resources. Oversee integration between MES and site and enterprise systems, including ERP, learning management systems, equipment connectivity, and other applications defined in approved project charters. Lead risk, issue, and change management activities to ensure adoption readiness and adherence to PMO quality standards and compliance requirements. Provide clear, concise project status reporting and executive-level insights on progress, risks, dependencies, and financial performance. Ensure production continuity through disciplined cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation hypercare support. Drive continuous improvement by strengthening delivery processes, tools, and execution consistency, capturing lessons learned to inform future initiatives. Required Knowledge And ExperienceDemonstrated experience leading and managing complex programs or projects within a technical or operational environment. Advanced knowledge of program and project management practices, with the ability to assess downstream impacts across functions and the broader organization. Experience working with manufacturing systems, digital transformation initiatives, or regulated operational environments strongly preferred. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and balance productivity, quality, compliance, and business objectives. Bachelor’s degree required.
