Service Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design and architecture of SAP Service Management (SVM) solutions.· Work extensively on SAP ECC Customer Service (CS) module and its integration with other SAP modules.· Drive the upgrade and transformation from ECC to S/4HANA Service Management.· Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, and Finance.· Provide guidance on best practices for service processes, warranty management, and service contracts.· Support end-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment activities.· Troubleshoot issues and provide production support when required. Required Skills & Experience: · 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management. · Proven experience in S/4HANA Service Management implementations or upgrades. · Deep understanding of service processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, and warranties. · Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects. · Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
