The organization focuses on developing innovative treatment models and providing care in the least restrictive environment possible.Role DescriptionThere are part-time and full-time opportunities to work for our community-based, comprehensive programs located in Providence, RI. The Clinician will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to youth and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group counseling sessions. The Clinician will collaborate with other professionals, participate in case reviews, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Additionally, the Clinician will engage in outreach activities and provide crisis intervention when necessary.QualificationsExperience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plansSkills in individual and group counselingAbility to collaborate with other professionals and participate in case reviewsStrong documentation and record-keeping skillsExperience in providing crisis intervention and handling emergency situationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldLicensure or eligibility for licensure in Rhode Island (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)Professional experience working with youth and familiesTotal Compensation:  Full-Time Clinician...Salary: $66,500-$68,500 (MSW, LCSW) or $69,500-$74,500 (LICSW, LMHC) In ADDITION to the salary, this full-time position qualifies for a $7,500 Hiring Bonus ($3,750.00 at the completion of a successful 3 months orientation and $3,750.00 at the completion of 6 months of employment)Part-Time Clinician...Wage: $31.97 per/hour (MSW, LCSW) or $33.41per/hour (LICSW, LMHC)In ADDITION to the wage, this part-time position qualifies for a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $1500 at the completion of 6 months)
