Manufacturing Group Lead - 3rd Shift
Our client is looking for a Production Cleanroom Team Lead in the manufacturing industry, working in a sterile, controlled environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities during the night shift, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining cleanroom integrity.
You’ll lead assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices while monitoring team performance and fostering effective communication between workers and management. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with cGMP, GDP, ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and have excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to motivate and guide your team to meet production goals and quality standards.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices
Knowledge of production practices in a cGMP & GDP environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, starting Sunday night at 11 PM
