Your dedication and skill will directly contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents within our skilled nursing community.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals according to patient dietary needs and preferencesMaintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standardsWork collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure smooth food service operationsAccommodate special dietary needs, such as mechanical soft, and pureed dietsLift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environmentQualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Experience with special diets and dietary restrictions is a plus.
