Senior DERMS & Grid Modernization Engineer

Eversource is seeking a Lead Engineer – Grid Modernization to design, implement, and optimize DERMS and related grid technologies. You will guide architecture, integrate DERs, and drive reliability across cross‑functional teams in a senior technical leadership role. With 7–10+ years in utility operations, you will coordinate with IT/OT cybersecurity, ensure regulatory alignment (NERC CIP), and support real‑time operations and outages restoration as needed.
