Legal Administrative AssistantLocation: Palo Alto, CAJob Type: Onsite, Direct Hire, Full-TimeCompensation: $65K per year plus comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)LHH is working with a well?established law firm is seeking an entry?level Legal Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a long?term career in the legal field and gaining hands?on experience in a professional office environment. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide daily operational and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing office inventory and maintaining suppliesOrder and restock office supplies as neededComplete copy, scan, binding, and print jobsCover reception during lunch breaks, including greeting visitors and answering phonesDistribute mail and coordinate deliveriesSupport general office services and administrative tasks as assignedAssist with light facilities and office organization needsQualificationsEntry?level candidates encouraged to applyBachelors Degree preferredInterest in the legal field or professional services environment preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailReliable, punctual, and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and take initiativeComfortable working onsite in a fast?paced office settingBasic computer skills (email, scanning, copying, etc.)Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
