Job DetailsDescriptionPrimary Responsibilities & Qualifications:Design, implement and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN architecture (campus, multi-site, datacenter, and hybrid cloud)Configure and support routing, switching, and wireless technologies from Cisco, Meraki, Dell, and others. Troubleshoot complex issues utilizing Wireshark, logs and monitoring tools; drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Install, administer, and optimize firewall solutions from Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and Fortinet; such as firewall policies, NAT, zones, IPS/IDS, content filtering, IPsec VPN, SSLVPN, high availability, and cloud NVA appliances. Deploy and support Azure networking services, such as Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, routing/UDRs, NSGs, NVAs, VPN Gateway and/or ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and Private Endpoints. Assist monitoring team with optimizing our monitoring/alerting platform. Implementing SNMP and best practices. Maintaining clear network documentation: network diagrams (VISIO), network inventory, backup configurations, high and low level design documentation, and secure credential storage. Obtained or willing to obtain the following certifications: Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Azure AZ-700, Fortinet NSE-4/5, and Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE.
