Java Developer - Redis distributed caching.

Job Responsibilities: Skills Required• Commercial experience of core Java programming with strong proficiency• Experience of working with a functional programming language• Fundamental knowledge of Microservices• Understanding of distributed system design and infrastructure• Strong experience with distributed caching (REDIS) and relational databases, preferably with MSSQL, Oracle, Sybase IQ• Good Exposure to middleware- Kafka, MQ• Experience of working in a Linux environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong oral and written communication skills• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approachSkills Desired• Experience in the full software development life cycle• Experience working in an agile team using Agile and DevOps practices & tools• Experience working with Continuous Integration systems• Experience with scheduler like Cron, Autosys, Control-M• Experience with cloud-ready development, Docker containers• Experience with Confluent Kafka• Experience with Redis• Good to Know Scala Functional Programming (Willingness to learn)• Experience with automation and scripting languages (Python preferred)• Experience in Data Modeling• Experience with Big Data – Hadoop, Spark etc.
