Analytics Specialist Developer

At JLL we turn data into actionable insights and developing analytics solutions ensures data is at the heart of our business operations and decision making processes.The Analytics Specialist Developer is an experienced delivery role within JLL's Analytics Centre of Excellence, responsible for building and owning complex analytics solutions (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python, SQL) across the full lifecycle — design through build, QA, publishing and documentation.Responsibilities:Develop wireframes and contribute to solution design, advising on technical feasibility and best practiceBuild complex analytics solutions iteratively in agile sprints using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python and SQLConduct code reviews, QA and data validation to meet CoE quality standardsLead visualisation review and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Publish solutions to the Azara production environment with full documentation (architecture, data sources, maintenance, user guidance)Support usage/RoI tracking and Azara AI self-service enablementTranslate complex business requirements into analytics solutions, bridging stakeholders and developersMentor Analytics Developers and represent the team in internal/external analytics communitiesRequirements:Minimum 2 years' experience as a BI, data or analytics developer/analystProven delivery of production-standard analytics solutions in Tableau and/or Power BIWorking experience with SQL, plus Python and/or DatabricksExperience in agile delivery environmentsDegree in data/analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skillsAbility to lead multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently and mentor othersStrong problem-solving, creativity, and self-motivation
