In this role, you will guide families through the orthodontic journey — from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance — building trust, presenting treatment plans, and helping families understand their financial options. The right person genuinely enjoys connecting with parents and kids, is confident discussing money, and gets excited about helping a family say "yes" to a beautiful smile.What You'll DoGreet families warmly and walk them through the ortho consultation experiencePresent treatment plans and recommendations from the orthodontist in clear, family-friendly termsDiscuss financial options confidently with parents, including insurance coverage, down payments, and monthly payment plansFollow up with families who haven't yet started treatment to answer questions and help them move forwardCoordinate with the front desk and clinical team to schedule starts and keep the ortho schedule fullTrack consults, follow-ups, and conversions so we know how the program is performingQualificationsOutgoing, warm, and energetic personality — this is the #1 requirementFluent in Spanish and English (required)Comfortable and confident discussing finances and payment plans with familiesStrong communication and listening skillsReliable, organized, and able to follow up consistentlyExperience in dental, orthodontics, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required — we train the right personApplication RequirementAs part of your application, please record and submit a 60-second video introducing yourself.
