Estate Planning Coordinator Location: Clifton, New Jersey (In-Office) Compensation: $70,000 base salary + benefits About the Role We are seeking a polished, highly organized Estate Planning Coordinator to join our growing estate planning practice. This is a client-facing, in-office role ideal for someone with a genuine interest in law who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience. The Estate Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing and conducting all estate plan signing ceremoniesfrom preparation through completionwhile serving as a key point of contact for our estate planning clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct estate plan signing ceremonies for clients Confirm client attendance and manage scheduling logistics Prepare and organize printed estate planning documents and signing folders Ensure each signing ceremony is professional, smooth, and welcoming Coordinate and secure witnesses for signing ceremonies Guide clients through the signing process with confidence and care Collect positive client reviews at the conclusion of matters Assist with additional estate planningrelated client service tasks as needed Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency What Were Looking For Interest in law and client service (prior legal experience is a plus, but not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients in a formal setting Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Must be able to work in-office at our Clifton, NJ office Compensation & Benefits $70,000 base salary Health insurance 401(k) Paid vacation and time off Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to estate planning, enjoys working with people, and values being part of a professional, growing legal team.
