Assurance Supervisor

Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid‑sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a growing public accounting firm in Georgetown, Texas seeking an experienced Assurance Supervisor . This position is on site with a hybrid option after peak audit season. What’s the role? Perform initial technical reviews of assurance reports with full disclosures. Supervise audit and assurance engagements. Demonstrate mastery of financial statement areas, including planning. Plan and execute review engagements. Independently complete preparation and compilation engagements. Provide timely, constructive feedback to staff. Manage multiple priorities and engagements. Maintain positive client relationships. What experience and skills do I need? CPA required. 6+ years of public accounting experience. Knowledge of taxation, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, SSARS. Experience supervising Associate/Senior Associate staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
