Our Spray Foam product offering includes applicator-friendly, high-performing products from both the Gaco and SES brands. The FST provides in-depth training on all SPF installations for newly authorized contractors, existing contractors, sales representatives, distributors, and building owners. They will also serve a resource and subject matter expert as needed for customers and companywide.What You’ll AccomplishResponsible for training customers, sales representatives and teammates in how to apply company products per product specifications. Training could be at company facility, customer's location or job site. Training could be in front of small or large groups.Assist insulation contractor, building owner and sales representatives, to resolve normal installation problemsProvide insulation trainings and interim inspections to prevent and resolve potential installation problemsExtensive travel required to customer job sites for troubleshooting and /or training on application of company productsInput on company spec's and PDS is required to make sure the most accurate information is available for the customerWill submit timely reports on customer projects daily reports are required to document projects, what was discussed and any action points if anyResponsible for creating and improving customer or employee training programsAbility to develop strong customer relationships and inspire customer confidenceWill inspect projects, warranted and non-warranted, to ensure company Standards are followedAssist manufacturing facilities and lab with development of new productsAbility to follow all company or applicable governmental safety and regulations are requiredAdditional responsibilities as assignedEducationWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORHigh school diploma and minimum of eight years' construction experience in a Foreman or Superintendent role.Preferred EducationTechnical Certification or Associates degree, or Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or similar field).ExperienceMinimum of two year's field service experience as a Field Service EngineerField Service Technician knowledge is preferred.Insulation Application - Strong technical expertise in application of High Pressure SPFAdvanced expertise in High Pressure SPF Equipment and Spray Rig MaintenanceMust be personable and professional and maintain a high-level of integrityStrong customer service focusStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think outside the box is requiredGood organizational and time management skills are a mustMust be able to travel 70% to 90% of the work week by air or car.Must also be able to work flexible hours with minimum notification when necessary.Location of individual should be near a major airport.
