Headless CMS/Contentful Lead
We are looking for an experienced CMS/Contentful Lead to join our client's team. The Website Content Manager is responsible for CMS entry, and managing the content workflow, approvals, and tagging.This is 3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Hudson YardsResponsibilitiesProject management of content updates in Workfront platform.Review web requests that come in for updates across website.Manage process of getting content created with writers.Ensure consistency with tags and processes in Welcome.Content updates on platforms.Edit and create new pages for all web platforms in Contentful CMS.Update content for advisors on Seismic.Work with creative on image sourcing and resizing as needed.Send previews to project requester.Coordinate content across platforms.Manage expiring content and broken links.Review broken links report and correct issues.Generate expiring content reports and manage updating them or sunsetting pages with page owners in Welcome.Check analytics and provide recommendations on pages.Content governance supportContent audit to categorize all pages and make a determination on next steps based on goals, data, usage, etc.Manage content inventory.Govern videos across platforms to ensure they're within compliance.Content planning supportQualifications3+ years of work experience in web publishing and content marketingHands on experience with Contentful CMS or similar CMSes like Drupal or AEMExposure to WorkfrontFamiliarity with SeismicKeen eye for brand consistencyProject management and content operations experienceWorking knowledge of HTMLExcellent verbal and email communications skillsFamiliarity with Associated Press style of writingGreat organization skills, time-management, and effective communicationGreat inter-personal skills and relationship buildingPerform well under deadlines and be detail orientedLori SklarskiSenior Technical Recruiter, PRI TechnologyLori.sklarski@pritechnology.comDirect:(973)-354-2797Office: 973.732.5454 x27Cell: 973.432.9968www.pritechnology.comwww.pritechnology.com
