Full-Stack EngineeringDevelop intuitive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Build robust back-end services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.Integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows. Infrastructure & DeploymentDeploy AI systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Implement monitoring, logging, and feedback loops for continuous improvement and reliability. Security & GovernanceApply best practices for prompt safety, content moderation, and access control.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards. Collaboration & EnablementWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.Coordinate effectively with offshore and distributed teams, managing time zone differences and ensuring smooth collaboration.Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.6+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.Proven experience building and deploying Gen AI applications end-to-end.Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio).Familiarity with enterprise-grade AI deployments and governance.Contributions to open-source AI projects or technical publications.
