Hatchett Electrical Contracting | Jacksonville, FL Hatchett Electrical Contracting is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to support residential, commercial, and service work throughout Northeast Florida. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes pride in quality work, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and generators Read blueprints, schematics, and proposals Test electrical systems for proper function and code compliance Complete daily work orders accurately Maintain tools, vehicles, materials, and job site cleanliness Follow OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards Requirements Journeyman Electrician license or certification Minimum 5 years of recent experience Strong NEC and electrical troubleshooting knowledge Must provide own hand tools Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Schedule & Location Full-time, Monday–Friday 40 hours/week with occasional overtime Jacksonville, FL & surrounding areas (up to 25% travel) Additional Requirements Ability to pass background and drug screening (including marijuana) Valid Florida driver’s license Clean driving record and insurable under company auto policy Ability to work at heights, in hot attics/crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) Interested?
