Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 10 months of Intensive Care Unit experience. References Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a Illinois license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required.
