Chief of Staff to CEO/Fashion Founder (New York)

CEO/Fashion Founder is hiring a Chief of Staff to run the family office in downtown NYC.This role is 5 days onsite.Candidate must have 24/7 availability mindset.The Chief of Staff will act as gatekeeper, project manager, and trusted advisor, while also supervising a Jr. Assistant, driver, household staff, and vendors.The Chief of Staff will handle Executive and Strategic Support, Personal and Estate Management, and Staff Management and Vendor oversight.Requirements:● 10+ years experience supporting a CEO or founder in a Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role in an UHNW environment.● Experience managing staff and vendors with authority and discretion.
