As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, injuries, and treatment goals to develop personalized treatment plans- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and functional abilities- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies, utilizing them to enhance patient careQualifications: xaygatp - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution- Valid state Physical Therapist license- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
