Commercial/Ag Lender

Job Description We are seeking a Commercial/Ag Lender to develop and manage commercial and ag loan accounts. You will evaluate and authorize approval of commercial real estate and ag loans. **This position offers 12% Bonus Potential** Responsibilities:Guide customers through the loan application process Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methodsDevelop and maintain positive relationships through referral networks Cross sell bank products and services Oversee the cash management products, and work closely with the cash management team to develop and meet sales goals Monitor loan repayment activities and collect from past-due accountsActively participate in local community eventsAssist customers with inquiries and take appropriate action to resolve them​Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years experience performing as a commercial and or Ag lender Strong familiarity with financial and lending practicesAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionState Street Bank, an employee-owned savings and loan community bank, prides itself in giving back to the communities in which we serve.
