Conditioning Operator

What You'll be Doing: Safety First: Prioritize safety in all your work activities. Utilize computers for record-keeping and information retrieval. Operate seed conditioning equipment with precision, including quality checks. Thoroughly clean equipment between runs to maintain product integrity. Safely climb stairs and ladders for equipment monitoring and adjustment. Ability to lift and stack materials. Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System. Shift Flexibility: First shift May through September (7 am – 3:30 pm), and second shift October to April (3 pm – 1 am) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
