You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job DescriptionAt Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Media Production Manager works closely with business groups to execute strategies that amplify the company’s message throughout the footprint and enhances the company’s brand and reputation.Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides support, guidance, and expertise on best communications practicesOversees communications plans that include business writing, video scripting, print and broadcast writing, and presentation development and ensures all are reflective of the business unit objectives and drives employee engagementReviews, edits, and approves communication deliverables for internal and/or external channelsCreates new and innovative ways to communicate internally while identifying and solving for gapsCoordinates with Community Engagement Public Relations (PR) and Brand Communications on speaking engagements and eventsDevelops all content in the context of business, investor, governance, and societal trends and ensures it aligns with Regions’ strategy and cultureResponds to business and industry developments with timely and effective executive communication content that successfully positions the company and its leadershipDevelops talking points, scripted remarks, and briefing documents for internal and external useWorks with outside vendors on select projectsProvides additional internal communications support on projects as assignedThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and five (5) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experienceOr Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field and seven (7) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experienceOr High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experiencePreferencesStrong knowledge of the financial services industry and applicable products, services, and dataSkills And CompetenciesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to research, analyze data, and derive factsAbility to work in a team environment when applicableAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communicationStrong work ethic and self-motivationAdditional Job DescriptionThe Home Improvement Financing Video & Media Production Manager is a position that blends creative vision with technical precision to shape stories through video. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit bay, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.Sharp eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytellingProficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; experience with Photoshop, Audition, or Lightroom is a plusAbility to direct on‑camera talent with clarity and confidenceFluent in both video production and still photography, and eagerness to expand skill setProblem‑solving on set, working under tight timelines, and balancing creativity with organizational needsTeachable, professional, and comfortable working in a banking/compliance‑driven environmentAbility to shoot and edit a wide range of content — product explainers, campaign spots, internal communications, and moreSupport campaign development by testing content variations and optimizing for performanceAssist with lighting, sound, and set design to ensure professional-quality resultsMaintain organized file structures, backups, and efficient post‑production workflowsCollaborate with marketing strategists and leadership to align visuals with company goalsAdditional Preferred Qualifications5+ years in video production or a related creative field (but strong emerging talent is welcomed even with less of this preferred experience)Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative SuiteBasic understanding of motion graphics and visual effectsScriptwriting and storytelling abilitiesExperience shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and using lighting kitsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
