Experience with Oracle, SQL Developer/TOAD/SQLPlus, Python, and PostgreSQL/PSQL is required. GIS/ArcGIS and Cityworks experience is a nice-to-have, particularly in utility sector.Work AUTH - USCs, GCs, H1s, EADsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with strong database management, SQL querying, database design, and data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with GIS/ArcGIS and Cityworks, particularly in utility or water/wastewater environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts.Design, build, and maintain relational databases, preferably using Oracle.Perform data analysis, reporting, and create tabular and spatial reports.Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization.Support the database development lifecycle, including troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects.Work with GIS-related data and systems in utility/water/wastewater environments.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong SQL development skills and hands-on experience.Experience with SQL Developer, TOAD, and SQLPlus.Strong Oracle database experience.Experience with Python and PostgreSQL.Knowledge of database design and optimization.Strong understanding of complex data analysis and reporting.Experience troubleshooting and performing database performance tuning.Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have – GIS ExperienceExperience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server.Experience with Trimble Cityworks.Knowledge of Geodatabase and SDE versioning.Experience publishing services and sharing content through ArcGIS Online/Portal.Knowledge of GIS data analysis and validation.Previous experience working in a water/wastewater or utility environment.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines strong SQL/database development expertise with GIS knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a utility-focused environment.
