PCN strives to ensure that all Pennsylvanians have access to unfiltered content that reflects their communities' daily lives and interests.We're looking for a Corporate & Sponsorships Manager to help grow partnerships that support our mission of delivering unbiased coverage of Pennsylvania government, politics, sports, and history.About the RoleWe are seeking a Corporate & Sponsorships Manager to drive growth in corporate partnerships, sponsorship revenue, and fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who is energized by building partnerships that support meaningful, mission-driven content.Working closely with the Vice President of Advancement, you will expand our corporate partner network, strengthen existing relationships, and grow our sponsorship pipeline.What You'll DoIdentify, cultivate, and secure corporate sponsorships and underwriting supportManage and grow relationships with existing corporate partners to drive renewalsDevelop custom sponsorship proposals and partnership packagesBuild and manage a portfolio of corporate prospectsConduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential sponsorsTrack outreach and relationship activity in a CRM systemCollaborate internally to align sponsorship opportunities with programming initiativesSupport and attend fundraising events and engagement activitiesRepresent the organization at events and networking opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field5–7+ years of experience in: fundraising, sponsorship sales, business development, relationship-based salesProven ability to build and maintain corporate partnershipsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience with CRM or donor database systemsFamiliarity with nonprofit fundraising practices preferredWhy This Role Stands OutOpportunity to support a mission centered on unbiased, educational mediaHigh-impact role directly influencing revenue growth and community partnershipsWork alongside leadership to shape strategic fundraising initiativesEngage with corporate leaders, sponsors, and community stakeholders across PennsylvaniaAdditional DetailsSome evening and weekend availability required for eventsTravel required for meetings with prospective partnersFlexible schedule to support relationship-building opportunitiesApply TodayIf you're a motivated relationship-builder with experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or fundraising, and want to support unbiased storytelling across Pennsylvania, we'd love to connect!
