You'll be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks, keeping our teams on track, and ensuring clear communication between internal departments and external partners.What You'll DoProject Support: Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to coordinate project activities, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay aligned with customer expectations.Documentation: Organize and maintain essential project documentation, from meeting minutes to technical documents like P&IDs and manuals. You'll also help standardize parts within our business system to streamline project execution.Scheduling: Assist in tracking project schedules, highlighting at-risk deadlines, and keeping teams informed of critical milestones.Communication Hub: Act as the go-to liaison, ensuring smooth communication across all teams involved in the project lifecycle.Quality Control: Ensure engineering documents are properly formatted, stored, and processed. You'll drive the prompt execution of Engineering Change Orders, keeping the team accountable.Meeting Coordination: Take charge of scheduling and organizing regular Change Control Board meetings, ensuring timely approval and clear communication of any engineering changes.Continuous Improvement: Champion the improvement of internal processes, bringing fresh ideas to drive efficiency and project success.What We're Looking For Education:High school diploma or equivalentAssociate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field-or equivalent experience.Experience: 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role in an industrial or technical environment.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is a bonus!Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and communication is clear.Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage professionally with team members and clients.Problem-Solver: You anticipate project needs and offer creative solutions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with different departments and are always ready to lend a helping hand.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining flexibility to adjust to changing project needs.Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to project sites or customer locations.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the water treatment or industrial equipment manufacturing industry.Familiarity with high-purity processing systems and components.Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CPIM, etc.).About Apex Water And Process Inc.Apex Water and Process Inc.
