Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support revenue growth across New Business, Expansion, and Renewal motions. This role will partner directly with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, compensation execution, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, systems fluent, and thrives in a fast-paced, high accountability environment.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Pipeline & Performance AnalyticsOwn weekly and monthly reporting for pipeline, velocity, productivity, and key KPIsDevelop standardized dashboards for leadership and board reportingEnsure pipeline integrity and stage hygieneAnalyze conversion rates by segment, territory, and revenue motionTrack leading indicators of pipeline creationForecasting & Revenue Insights:Support forecast process and rollupsAnalyze forecast risk & upside by deal and repIdentify trends impacting revenue attainmentBuild and maintain revenue calendarsPartner with Finance on bookings and revenue reconciliationCompensation & Productivity Analytics:Support sales compensation plan modeling and reportingValidate attainment calculationsTrack quota distribution and coverage modelsMeasure rep productivityIdentify performance gaps and recommend corrective actionsSystems & Process Optimization:Maintain CRM data integrity (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Improve reporting automation and data flowsSupport territory design and account segmentationStrategic ProjectsSupport GTM planning and headcount modelingAssist in annual operating planningAnalyze pricing, discounting, and deal structure trendsDeliver ad hoc analyses for senior leadershipPrepare board-level reporting materialsOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements: Less than 25%EducationMinimum:4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferredExperienceMinimum Years of Experience:2 years Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical roleKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAnalytical rigorAttention to detailExecutive communicationOwnership mindsetProcess disciplineCross-functional collaborationStrong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)Strong quantitative and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate data into actionable insightsExperience supporting multi-motion revenue models (New, Expansion, Renewal)Experience in SaaS or services environmentExposure to compensation modelingExperience preparing executive or board-level reportingWorking Conditions And Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time.Reliable and predictable attendance.DisclaimerThis position has access to highly confidential, sensitive information relating to the employees, customers, and technologies of Sorenson Communications.
