In this role, you will administer the Association’s desktop, server, and mobile hardware and software systems while collaborating closely with other IS team members to ensure secure, reliable, and well‑maintained technology environments across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on system engineering, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting mission‑critical systems in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, install, and maintain operating systems, software services, and desktop/server hardwareManage MDM, endpoint management, patching, and system documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues across on‑prem, cloud, and third‑party systemsSupport Service Desk escalations and collaborate with IS team members on system configurationsAdminister Active Directory, including user/group management, Group Policies, and IAM‑based role assignmentsAdminister Azure, Microsoft 365, licensing, backups, and Azure ADsyncImplement technology configurations to support organizational initiatives and ensure secure, reliable system operationsWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary: $71,000 – $105,000 with outstanding incentive opportunities linked to Association performance.Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and a standout 401(k) planFlexible Work Environment: Hybrid options available within FCS Financial’s Branch locations in MissouriCollaborative Culture: Work closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, and DevOps Teams to deliver impactful solutions.Professional Growth: Opportunities to lead strategic initiatives and shape technology directionWhat You Need:Education: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience: 3–5 years of experience providing system support and administration - Or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical Strengths & Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS operating systemsExtensive experience with Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active DirectorySkilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting on‑prem, cloud, and third‑party systemsWorking knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and core security principlesStrong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize work effectively while maintaining confidentiality, security, and data integrityThis position is open until filled.Candidates must reside in Missouri to be considered for this position.Preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO.
