Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - UrologyLocation: Atlanta, GA 30342Duration: 13 Weeks (Possibility of extension)Shift Details:Day Shift: Monday - Friday (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)Hours per Week: 40Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a fast-paced outpatient urology practice. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with clinical procedures, and help maintain efficient patient flow while ensuring high standards of safety and patient care.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and RNsAssist with clinical procedures and patient examinationsObtain patient history, vital signs, and document accurately in EMR systemsPrepare patients for exams and proceduresAssist with in-office procedures such as catheterization, bladder scans, and specimen collection (if applicable)Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practiceEducate patients on procedures, medications, and post-care instructionsMaintain infection control and safety standardsPrepare, stock, and clean exam roomsSupport patient flow and coordinate with clinical and administrative staffRequired Qualifications:Active LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact eligible)Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experienceCurrent BLS certification (AHA required)Strong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work independently in an outpatient settingPreferred Qualifications:Prior urology experience (preferred)Experience in outpatient clinics or specialty practicesFamiliarity with EMR systemsExperience with catheter care, wound care, or procedural supportAdditional Information:Fast-paced outpatient environmentStrong teamwork and adaptability requiredOpportunity for assignment extension based on performance and needFor more details reach atAditi.sharma@navitashealth.comor Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
