Brand Ambassador

Overview/Purpose Sociable Cider is a nine year old cidery located in NE Minneapolis with a "sociable" culture and a reputation for doing things differently. We are looking for adventurous, outgoing, and flexible individuals to join our stoker team. What's a stoker? It's the second person on a tandem bike. It's the engine behind the team, the power, the heart, the soul of a team. In that vein, the Sociable Stokers are the heart and soul behind our brand. It's the team on the street promoting the brand at liquor store tastings, not-for-profit events, and promotions. What we’re looking for A “sociable” attitude – outgoing & friendly Passion for craft beer and cider – excited to talk about the product to the customers The ability to drive (with a license, and your own auto insurance) Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse set of people Strong communication skills Flexibility and willingness to work in various environments around the Rochester Metro Duties & Responsibilities: Retrieving product from the Sociable warehouse for samplings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sociable products, events, and offerings Driving to the tasting location in the metro area (most often liquor stores) and arriving 15 minutes early to ensure adequate set up Take inventory of Sociable products upon arrival and departure from tasting location Maintain a clean and presentable tasting display and area Communicate about Sociable products to patrons – answering questions and recommending based on feedback Benefits Free cider & other Sociable beverages from the staff stock 50% off Sociable retail shop Health bonus - Sociable will sponsor you in races or other sports activities Easy-paced, fun environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Schedule: 4 hour shift Evening shift Weekends as needed Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
