Job Location: Pasadena, CA (hybrid - 1 day in office) - moving to Westcheser in JuneJob Salary: $200k - $250k DOE + 10% bonus + full benefits!Requirements: 8+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence within a SaaS company + 3 years of leadershipFounded in Pasadena, we are a high-growth technology leader providing digital privacy and security solutions to over 100 million users. With a 250%+ growth rate over the last three years and over $100M in ARR, we are at a critical scaling point. We are looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between our high-volume data and our executive financial roadmap.As the Director of Strategic Analytics & Revenue Operations, you will be the primary architect of our growth strategy. You will lead the "mathematical engine" of the business, turning complex customer data into actionable revenue plans. Reporting to executive leadership, you will ensure our marketing spend, customer retention, and financial forecasting are perfectly synchronized to maximize long-term enterprise value.What You'll Do:Revenue Strategy & LTV: Define and own the company's "Customer Economics" framework, standardizing how we measure and monetize LTV across all brands.Financial Operating Partnership: Act as the lead data partner for the Finance team, aligning marketing performance and unit economics with annual planning and scenario analysis.Growth Optimization: Partner with Marketing to optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and payback periods, directly guiding multi-million dollar budget allocations.Predictive Forecasting: Own company-wide revenue and cohort forecasting using advanced statistical methods (including Bayesian approaches) to ensure high-accuracy business planning.Strategic Infrastructure: Oversee a scalable dimensional data warehouse (Kimball-style) to ensure all revenue-driving teams have a "single source of truth."Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of analysts and analytics engineers, fostering a culture of business-first technical excellence.What You Need for This Role:8+ years in Strategic Analytics, Revenue Ops, or Data Science, with 3+ years in a leadership role.Deep experience building operating modelsExpert-level knowledge of CAC, LTV, and multi-channel revenue growth for Marketing optimizationAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Python for building complex financial and predictive models.Proven ability to drive board-level strategy using data-backed insights.Experience managing data architecture and dimensional modeling to support business growth.Bonus points if you have experience with Bayesian methods and managing data integration within a multi-brand portfolio or post acquisition settingBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with low premiums!Generous PTO PlansCompany events401k with 3% employer matchHybrid work schedule
