Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager

Relocation assistance availableOnsite in El Paso, Texas$150,000- $170,000$200/day stipendCompany Car and PhoneResponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating electrical construction projects for a Large Data Center, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This role oversees project execution through direct leadership and/or supervision of field and project teams, with accountability for financial performance, scheduling, and successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Core Responsibilities:Lead and supervise day-to-day activities of project teams across assigned construction projectsManage full project lifecycle documentation to mitigate risk and support contractual complianceReview, negotiate, and execute contracts and subcontract agreementsDevelop, review, and maintain project budgets and financial trackingLead preconstruction turnover and project kickoff meetingsEnsure all required permits and licenses are obtained and properly maintainedEstablish and maintain project schedules, including updates and monitoring progressCoordinate procurement of materials and equipment to align with schedule and budget targetsOversee subcontractor management, including negotiation, execution, and performance trackingManage submittals, approvals, and maintain submittal logsDevelop and manage billing schedules, progress billings, and retention trackingSupport collections, invoicing, and cash flow managementPrepare and negotiate change orders and pricing for scope changesEnsure proper staffing and labor planning, including productivity oversightManage equipment, tools, and rentals to ensure efficient utilization and cost controlMonitor project financial performance, including forecasting and cost managementReview and approve subcontractor and supplier invoicesParticipate in project and leadership meetings and provide project status updatesConduct regular project team meetings to ensure alignment and performanceAccountability & Compliance:Adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresMaintain responsibility for safety leadership and compliance on all projectsEmpower and support stop-work authority in unsafe conditionsEnsure compliance with required safety training and jobsite safety standardsRole Scope & Expectations:Senior leadership role with responsibility for complex and high-impact projectsEngages in strategic decision-making and contributes to operational planning and executionProvides direction to managers, supervisors, and project teams across multiple initiativesExpected to demonstrate strong judgment, leadership, and advanced project management capabilityTypically requires extensive industry experience in construction/project management rolesSNIT
