As our business continues to expand, we are investing heavily in building stronger systems, improving warehouse operations, and creating a world-class supply chain environment that supports our manufacturing and distribution teams.We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who can bring structure, accountability, leadership, and operational efficiency to our warehouse and inventory operations.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact inside a growing company and help build systems that support long-term growth.The OpportunityEterna Management is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, organization, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.This is not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. We need someone who can lead from the front, hold people accountable, improve workflows, solve problems quickly, and create a highly organized and efficient warehouse operation.The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, operationally strong, and capable of implementing systems and procedures that improve productivity, accuracy, and accountability throughout the facility.What You’ll Be Responsible ForOversee all daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, storage, and material movementCreate and improve warehouse SOPs, operational processes, and accountability systemsMaintain accurate inventory levels and improve inventory control proceduresCoordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and warehouse logisticsImprove warehouse organization, efficiency, cleanliness, and workflowLead, coach, and manage warehouse team members while building a culture of accountability and urgencyMonitor productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvementWork closely with production, purchasing, and leadership teams to support manufacturing schedules and operational goalsEnsure warehouse compliance with safety procedures and operational standardsDevelop systems to reduce inventory discrepancies, delays, waste, and operational inefficienciesAssist with forecasting inventory needs and improving warehouse planning processesWhat We’re Looking ForWe need someone who:Is highly organized and process-drivenCan lead people while also rolling up their sleeves when neededThrives in fast-paced operational environmentsHas strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsTakes initiative without waiting to be told what to doIs confident creating systems and improving processesCan hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationshipsIs comfortable leading operational change and improving structure inside a growing companyQualificationsRequired5+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management experienceExperience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing, distribution, or production environmentStrong inventory management and operational organization skillsExperience creating or improving SOPs and warehouse processesComfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tracking softwareStrong leadership and communication skillsForklift certification or experience preferredPreferredExperience in hemp-derived products, cannabis, nutraceuticals, food production, CPG, or regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting fast-growth operational environmentsBackground in production planning, shipping logistics, or inventory forecastingExperience implementing warehouse efficiency improvements or operational systemsWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first 90 days, this person will:Build a clear understanding of all warehouse operations and inventory flowIdentify operational gaps and begin implementing improved systems and proceduresImprove organization, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiencyEstablish accountability standards and operational expectations for warehouse staffCreate stronger coordination between warehouse, production, and leadership teamsBring structure and consistency to day-to-day warehouse operationsWhy Join Eterna ManagementThis is an opportunity to join a company that is growing quickly and investing in building strong operational leadership from the ground up.
