Whether building schools, hospitals, health centers, offices, or airports, we know that what we build in our community matters.What You'll Do At MonteithAs a Project Executive, you will scale performance among multiple teams by developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, supporting work acquisitions, and driving consistent operational and financial outcomes.Ensure consistent costing discipline and forecasting credibility across portfoliosOversee multiple projects: performance, risk, staffing, and client satisfactionCoach PM and the Superintendent leadership teamsLead client relationship strategy across a portfolioSupport "get work" efforts through client relationship development, pursuits, and interviewsSet expectations for project setup, execution cadence, and closeoutRemove barriers so teams can execute at a high levelExperience You Should HaveMinimum 15 years of construction project management experienceRelevant experience or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldAbility to read and understand construction schedules. Primavera P6 experience preferred.LEED AP or LEED training is encouragedAbility to work non-traditional hours when neededRequired to Thrill at MonteithNo Brilliant Jerks.
