Warehouse Assistant/Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an HVAC Warehouse Assistant/Parts Coordinator who will assist in purchasing and stocking parts and equipment, inventory, and warehouse organization.What can joining the One Hour team offer you?* The opportunity you deserve to build your career with a well-established company.* Competitive pay rates!* Top-of-the-industry benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, 401k with company match, and more!Responsibilities:* Ensure that parts and equipment are purchased at the lowest possible prices.* Issue purchase orders and ensure they are designated to the proper department.* Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians working in the field.* Replenish truck stock around Technicians' work schedules.* Count and report all serialized equipment monthly.* Efficiently process all warranty parts and labor credits.* Keep the warehouse clean and organized.Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED required.* Experience working in the HVAC industry greatly preferred!* Experience using ServiceTitan a plus.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.Authority Brands conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
