Join us at a leading client site and assist in organizing and securing confidential personnel files.First DayMust sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on your first day due to handling confidential information. Job ResponsibilitiesScan and review documents using a computer. Follow file retention rules and guidelines. Use Nitro (homegrown HRIS system); HRIS experience is a plus. Digitize and organize approximately 1,500 personal files contained in 13 large boxes. Determine if files should be retained or shredded per File Retention Guidelines.
