Warehouse Associate

Company Description EFI Polymers is a Denver based manufacturer of environmentally friendly, specialty polymer systems for electrical, electronics, adhesives and coatings applications. We seek a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our materials team. This role supports receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and other general warehouse operations. This is a full-time position reporting to the Supply Chain Director.Role Description Unload and verify incoming raw materials Receive raw materials into integrated ERP system Prepare and stage outgoing orders for shipmentComplete required documentation for outgoing shipments Load freight onto trailers and containersSafely handle, ship, and store hazardous materialsOperate a forklift and other material handling equipment safelyUtilize WMS scanner linked to ERP system Warehouse cleaning and organizationAssist with cycle countingAdhere to PPE & EHS requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWarehouse experience in receiving, shipping, and inventory control preferredAbility to learn ERP/WMS systems and use them efficientlyCapable of utilizing Microsoft applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to stand/walk for long periods, including frequent bending and lifting.Willingness to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, including temperature fluctuationsTeamwork and flexibility in daily tasksAbility to lift 50lbsPreferred Experience:Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to identify problems, apply sound judgement, and recommend/implement solutionsDemonstrated ability to effectively work with others in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervisionExperience in a shipping/receiving environmentExperience shipping hazardous goodsPrevious forklift experienceValid Colorado Driver’s License, CDL not requiredSchedule & Compensation:M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, with one 30-min unpaid lunch & two 15-min paid breaksPay Range – $20-30/hour, depending on experience Advancement Opportunities:EFI Polymers invests in our employees by providing required training and opportunities for professional growth.
