Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team. Key Responsibilities Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding Review loan applications and gather necessary documents for loan approval Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with policies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, specifically in Purchase and Jumbo Strong working knowledge of Encompass Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
