DJ's Landscape Management is growing, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple regions.This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their recruiting career in a fast-paced, multi-region environment while gaining exposure to field and operations hiring.This position supports recruiting efforts across multiple branches, working closely with HR leadership to execute hiring strategies while coordinating with operations leaders to move candidates through the interview process. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and efficient hiring experience, from sourcing through onboarding.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000+ performance incentivesHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) with company matchShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Ongoing training, development, and growth opportunitiesWhat You'll DoLead full-cycle recruiting for field and operations roles across multiple regionsWork with branch leaders to support hiring needs and timelinesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesManage job postings, sourcing, and candidate screeningCoordinate and support hiring decisions with leadershipTrack hiring activity and support reporting on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.)Maintain accurate recruiting data within our ATSAssist with new hire orientation and onboardingSupport uniform coordination to ensure new hire readinessWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles or locationsAbility to build sourcing strategies and develop strong candidate pipelinesExperience with ATS systems and job boards (Indeed preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leadersAbility to manage multiple priorities across regions in a fast-paced environmentStrong organization and follow-through to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with employment laws and recruiting best practicesDJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
